IDE Stack patcher

Got tired of having to patch bugs in the IDE each time there's a new release. This stack is an umbrella for PowerPlug scripts which reside in their own folder. This version is the starup stack - click the update button in the upper right and it will download the latest version along with the current crop of patches.

Click on a patch to toggle enabling/disabling the patch to the corresponding handler in an IDE stack. Right-click a patch to view its script. Patch scripts can be disabled when and if the appropriate bug gets fixed.
