TimeRef fetches the current time from the US Naval Observatory atomic clock.

TimeRef fetches the current time from the U.S. Naval Observatory atomic clock. Because of variable delays due to internet packet transmission, this is not precise enough to use for any technical purpose, but it serves nicely for setting your digital watch to within a second or so of the correct time.
