Formatter

Stack I'm having some problems with

It's meant to allow me to copy sections of PDFs into field 1. You simply select some text and it is copied over to field 2 and formatted with basic HTML so I can upload them.

The problems I'm having are with the textSize of the pasted in PDF. My code doesn't always increase the text size as it should (at all sometimes) so it can be really hard to read.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
