Special Folders Utility

A simple stack to show special folders and then how to place special folders file lists into a field and a menu.
With Vista and Windows 7 saving your preferences and other files within or under your program's default folder will give problems unless you request that these are actioned under Administrator which relies on the program's user to action.
Preferences should be saved in a Special Folder location, the most common being Special Folder 28 which is C:/Users/Current_User/AppData/Local in Win 7 and C:/Users/Current_User/AppData in XP
