A poor man's table field

A poor substitute for Trevor's Data Groups...Useful for Pre v. 3.5

This is a simple table field with identifiable cells.
Click on a cell and you get the row and column values.
It is something like RunRev's Table Fields except that each cell is a separate Text Entrey field and therefore more versatile.

Revised to allow more variety in the rows and column formats--see image above.

I have added:
1) An example which allows sorting by clicking on the column headers.
2) A calendar example.
3) Map a RunRev Table field onto a table with individual Text Entry fields that may be identified and reformated with varying column width and row heights. The new table includes a header for sorting.
