Web App Manifest File Maker
This is a repurposing of my simple HREF index maker stack.
If you are wanting to make a manifest file for an offline web app, this tool will be helpful. It has a built in fast recursive file search. Then it can add the few lines of formatting needed to create a valid manifest file.
It also contains a documented example of more complex manifest files and a link to Apple's documentation.
