changes the way dictionary data is aquired due to changes how LC organizes dictionary data starting in LC 8.2.0 DP2 and LC 9 DP10. Thank James Hale for the acquisition code. Plus minor bug fixes.
As previous versions tinyDictionary works from LC 8.1 and up.
