Little mobilelike Memopad for PC

I was a little annoyed by the windows own Sticky Notes.
So I looked around at LC if someone have an alternative.
I found a guide for a mobile memoapp that I have adapted for me and I meanwhile use as a snippet file.

- saves entries in a text file called "notices.mem" (SpecialFolderPath ENGINE). If there is no file, it will be generated with the first entry.
- Selection table of the entries
