Initialisation stack for the companion dictionary stack
The stack uses BVG's DocsLib to populate the "My Revolution Dictionary" stack with entries. It is the the candidate for the spash screen stack in a standalone. Revisions 2 and 3 fix bugs and are Rev 4 compatible.
Revision 4 adds support for embedded PDF doc.
